Over the last 15 years we have had the luxury of dealing with a very diverse customer base. With over 700 accounts we have seen every imaginable campground and RV park configuration. During that time we have provided many hundreds of hours of support to our customer base.

That support can come in many forms.  Sometimes all that is required is the setup and operation of Campground Manager Software® or Bookyoursite.com.  We also offer consulting on many different issues, such as:

• Hardware Recommendations - We can diagnose and problem solve issues connected to the operation and setup of computer hardware.
• Park Operations - Campground Manager Software® breaks down all pricing of services within the park and our experts can advise on rates and pricing options.  During client discussions, we are able to draw upon our own park management experiences as well as those of our customers.  We use this knowledge base to help the customer improve park operations and cash flow.
• Park Marketing - If you are looking for online presence and marketing, our experts can help parks market themselves on the Internet through our Bookyoursite.com system.

Mission Management has formed an alliance with Leisure Resorts of America. This partnership will be at the forefront of the park management business.

Leisure Resorts of America, Inc. (LRA) was founded in 1995 for the purpose of providing professional management, due diligence, accounting, marketing and consulting services to RV resort owners, developers and financial institutions. More specifically, Leisure Resorts targets and specializes in third party management and analysis of industry trends for Five Star destination RV resorts and campgrounds.

Leisure Resorts identifies both the financial needs of an RV resort for profitability and the RV’ers expectations for a satisfying visit, for a successful combination of profit and pleasure. This is borne out by LRA’s track record of increased NOI, increased occupancy and repeat customer satisfaction and retention. Our clients can verify the business strategies and accomplishments achieved for them by Leisure Resort’s management teams.

During Leisure Resorts of America’s tenure in the industry, it has been recognized by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) for having had two RV resorts named Best Mega Park in the country. LRA currently sits on ARVC’s Business Forum Board.

Mr. Bob Boler - Leisure Resorts of America is owned by Robert Boler, CPM® President/CEO and broker for the company. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - St. Cloud, with a degree in HPER & Business Administration.  Upon graduation, he started his RV resort management career with Venture Out in America (a Gulf Oil Company real estate subsidiary) which developed Five Star destination RV resorts. They managed and sold condominium RV sites in FL, TN and AZ.  During his career he has managed a diverse portfolio of over 85 RV parks, resorts and marinas on a national level for institutional investors.  In addition to his RV industry experience, Bob has managed an array of other residential income producing properties nation-wide for three major real estate syndicates.  Bob currently sits on the Oregon Lodging Association Board of Directors, representing all member RV parks and resorts. 

Mr. Chris Rhodes - Chris Rhodes has been an employee of Mission Management for the past 5 years. Chris’ hospitality career started by attending Guelph University in Guelph, Ontario in the Hotel and Food Administration program. After spending a few years in the restaurant business with Kelsey’s Restaurant and Pizza Hut chains as manager Chris made a career move to work in the lodging and RV industry by taking over the Vacations Department of Sherkston Shores in 1993, one of the busiest and largest RV Resorts in Southern Ontario, Canada. At that time Chris implemented the installation of the Campground Manager Reservation System. During his 8 year tenure with Bourne Leisure Group, owners of Royalty Resorts Corporation (Sherkston Shores-Ontario, Canada/Sun’n’Fun RV Resort-Sarasota, Florida) Chris was trained by the Wilson Learning Group(Trainers of the Walt Disney World Vacation Club Sales Team) incorporating their program of sales and customer service techniques. In 1998 Chris had the opportunity to work with the Florida Division of Encore Properties/National Home Communities Group of Scottsdale, Arizona managing properties and supporting the Campground Manager Software. After 3 years, Chris returned to Canada to join Mission Management as a technical support advisor. Currently Chris’ responsibilities include new software sales, technical support advisor and onsite trainer.  With over 15 years of experience working with the Campground Manager Reservation System Chris’ expertise is working with parks integrating their operations with the software.

Mr. Scott Taylor - Scott is a graduate of Niagara College, and has his diploma in Business/Sales & Marketing. Upon graduating he successfully owned and operated his own computer repair business. Along the way he has acquired a Microsoft Systems Engineer certification, the CompTIA A+ Hardware Certification and the Citrix Administrators course. Working with Mission Management Systems as their head of support and ASP administrator, he has been able to further his knowledge base by troubleshooting with customers using a wide variety of operating systems.

Mr. Cal Goodman - Cal Goodman is a professional Internet developer with a focus on online businesses and Internet marketing.  Cal studied computer science at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario until he was called to the dot-com world in 1999.  Cal manages all Internet operations of Campground Manager Software® and BookYourSite.com.  Cal has owned and managed various successful Internet related businesses since his dot-com beginnings and today provides Internet consulting and web development services to Mission Management and our clientele.

Mr. Craig Dieckman - After originally starting his career as a firefighter/EMS, Craig has held a series of successful senior positions in information technology. He has worked with organizations which ranged in size and type from small start-up companies to large national and international corporations.  In late-2004, Craig decided to leave his job as Chief Information Officer for ELS a publicly-traded company RV park company so he could start his own business, and began applying his 25 years of information technology experience to helping other companies and organizations. He continues that work today as an independent consultant specializing in information technology, business continuity, and emergency preparedness.

Our service management business can be contracted on an hourly, daily or monthly basis. Each product will be quoted based up on its own requirement in congress with our partners.
