The Camping Screen

The “Camping Screen” provides the billing details for Check-ins and Reservations. Details of your customer’s stay are entered here and a fee is automatically computed based on the variables entered. The appropriate rate will be selected based on the date range of the stay and number of days stayed. This determines if a daily, weekly, monthly or annual rate will be charged. The system can be set up to charge different rates throughout the season to accommodate peak periods. Campground Manager® can even charge a unique rate for each day of the week.

Discounts can be applied by percentage or by dollar amount.
Up to 5 taxes can be charge in any combination required.
Additional site related charges such as additional cars, pets and cable TV can be charged as required.
