Meter Reading List

The “Meter Reading” list allows you to read and bill customers for any meter type (electric, water, gas) all at the same time. Although meters can be read and billed individually at any time you will save many repetitive steps by using this quick input and billing method. The program will look at all sites that have meters connected. It provides a quick read printout sorted in any order you choose. This printout can be used to record the meters at each site. You may choose to ignore a meter and not record a reading. These records can easily be removed from the batch this time. The report will provide critical information such as the “Last Read Date” and the “Last Reading Quantity”. Enter each read into the “Current Reading” column and press “Process Invoices” to begin automatically posting and printing meter bills for each customer.
