2. Every time you scan an item for a sale it is subtracted out of your inventory.
3. Periodically you check your min/max report and decide what you need to order.
4. Create a purchase order in the system for each vendor and send to the vendor.
5. When the delivery gets to the door get the paperwork from the driver and receive the items into the system.
6. Download your accounting journal entries to your GL at the end of the financial period.
7. Keep repeating the cycle.
