CASH Call Accounting Integration

We have recently written the interface to Cash Call Accounting Software. For those parks who have a phone line on each site this allows you to manage your system and import the charges directly into Campground Manager Software® so all the charges appear on the campers statement.

CASH is a powerful telecommunications software that allows you to report on incoming, outgoing, local, long distance and international calls using banding tables. Export features are available for many software packages in the business, professional and service industries to enable immediate billing.

The lodging industry charges guests to use telephone services to recover telephone costs and to generate revenue. By using CASH, RV Parks can easily recover the cost of telephone service as well as generate serious profits from surcharges.

Billing guests is easy. At checkout time, RV Parks using the Campground Manager Software® interface and CASH system will find the costed calls totals already posted in the guest’s folio.

A report can be generated for all call costs for the guest during their stay. This report can be used as an invoice. Once the report is printed, the calls are removed from CHECK OUT and the system is ready for your next guest!

The Call Notification features are designed to notify front desk or other staff of emergency, security or other administrative issues. It is an in invaluable feature when an immediate response to emergencies is crucial.

CASH PREPAY used with some telephone systems will turn your phones off once a specified credit limit has been reached.
