This weekend we had a horrible lightning storm in Colorado and my computer system went down. I called the Astra by Campground Manager emergency tech support number and the technician had me up and running in under 20 minutes. Thank you for being there for us! I just can’t tell you how thrilled I am with the Astra by Campground Manager setup of our latest park. The account numbers are all set up from the Chart of Accounts and the rates are looking amazing – this is the least I have ever had to do for a new setup! Thank you so much again for all the team efforts in rolling this one out so quickly. Is it any wonder I’ve been a #1 fan of Astra by Campground Manager for all these years! If you ever have any issues with anyone, just send them to me and I’ll straighten them out real quick!
In the four years I have been dealing with your company not once have I been disappointed or left wanting for more help. Your support staff is excellent and by far the best among many such companies that I work with regularly. Just wanted to let you know, we have been having a resort tax audit for a couple of days, and after confusing her with the old hotel system, I dazzled her with campground manager. So don’t know if she was just so frustrated or relieved when I started pulling reports from campground, but she said our records were impeccable. So thank you for all of your knowledge and support during our first season. Hats off to all of your team for putting up with our stupid questions and mistakes, and treating us with patience and respect, but most of all for having a good sense of humor with us.
I wanted everyone to know that I attended a RV Show in Perry GA last week and was able to further test the “offsite” use of Campground Manager. It worked like a charm and I was able to make reservations, check availability, take credit card payments without any problems. I used the Wifi at Fairgrounds as well as using a hotspot with my iPhone. The iPhone hotspot worked better (much faster).
The Astra™ Software by Mission Management is an excellent program and we are learning more each day.

My name is Laura and I’m with Top of the Hill RV Resort in Boerne, TX. This morning I called regarding an issue with resetting passwords in our Campground Manager. Dino took my call and was fabulous. He was so patient and worked very hard for 2 hours to get us updated and working on both our server and workstation.
